CensusEasy ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit censuseasy.com (the "Site").   • Contact submissions: retained for as long as needed to address your inquiry, then deleted.
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics: may be retained indefinitely.

6. Security

We use TLS in transit, role-based access controls on administrative systems, private-network database connectivity, and Cloudflare fronting. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following processors to operate the service:

  • Hosting / infrastructure: a cloud provider for server hosting; Cloudflare for CDN, DDoS protection, and DNS.
  • Email delivery (Resend): newsletter and transactional email sending.
  • Analytics: aggregate traffic measurement.
  • Advertising (Google AdSense): Google may serve ads on the Site and set or read cookies to measure ad performance and serve relevant ads. Google uses your IP address and may combine this data with information from your activity across other sites and apps for ad personalization. You can review and adjust your ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com, and opt out of personalized ads at aboutads.info/choices. We do not share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

CensusEasy does not offer user accounts and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
